Amplifi is a passive partner, so the sponsor/co-guarantor is able to do what they do best - create a successful project and investment. Amplifi only steps in if there is an event of default.
Monitoring Requirements
The borrower simply provides a copy of quarterly lender reporting to Amplifi during the life of the loan. Amplifi is also a direct notice party under the loan.
